Pathways Training and consulting has started its journey from Kuwait, with being specialized in providing all various training services in different fields, including law, management, media, leadership, self-development, finance, and accounting, as well as other fields related to a person's, both male and female, professional and social life in Kuwait and the other Arab countries. We, at pathways Training and consulting, highly believe in that everyone has their own talents and capabilities, and it is our responsibility to search for and develop these talents and capabilities, in the interest of the individual and society. Based on this, our importance has come from the valuable solutions we provide to the problems and challenges facing the individuals within different organizations, work environment, and family.

Therefore, the expansion of the principle of investing in human resources is increasing significantly to become the first global standard in the field of human development.
